Another highlight at the spring show is the return of the popular RCNA Coin Kids Junior Auction on Sunday, April 7 starting at 1 p.m. New to this year’s show is a 15-minute workshop entitled, “Canadian Circulation Coins with Animals”.
RCNA youth co-ordinator Cassidy Stroud said the workshop is designed to help new and young collectors learn more about collecting money in a fun setting. The workshop and auction are free to all youth accompanied by family.
“We’ll have handouts, free coins, and as always, free goodie bags at the conclusion of the youth auction,” Stroud adds.
To participate in the auction, youth need to register in advance at the show, before 12:45 p.m.
